Late night post for everyone here but Virgin Mobile has announced two new Android phones for this Holiday season. The LG Optimus Slider and the HTC Wildfire S. The Optimus will be a running Android 2.3 and have a 3.2-inch HVGA display, 3.2MP camera and 1500mah battery. It will be available online on Oct. 16th for $200 and in Sprint stores on Oct. 30th. The HTC Wildfire will be in silver at Best Buy and white at Radio Shack starting October 23rd. It will also be $200. It will have a 3.2inch HVGA display, 5MP camera with flash, Android 2.3, 600 MHz processor, and HTC Sense.

It is great that Virgin Mobile is adding more Android phones to their lineup. I still think their best Android phone right now is the Motorola Triumph (1Ghz processor) because those two new ones announced seem to be on the low end (600MHz processor).
